Harmony in Banana Bread
Create a dark chocolatey, nut-free crunch by substituting HARMONY Snacking Cacao for nuts in your favorite banana bread recipe. Not only will cacao beans NOT melt for on-the-go snacking, but our Honduras cacao (from which Harmony is made) often reveals a banana flavor note that makes it a natural for pairing with banana flavors.
SNACKING CACAO APPETIZERS
Peace and Aged Cheddar Cheese
Top a nutty, buttery aged cheese (Seattle's own Beecher's Flagship is a our favorite) with PEACE cocoa bean. Something about the combination simultaneously rounds out and amplifies the lavender and cocoa in an impeccable symphony of flavor.
Tip: If you want to draw out more of Peace's lemon flavor, use a thinly sliced sweet and tangy apple (like Fuji or Pink Lady) in lieu of a cracker.
Salami and Goat Cheese with Joy
Stack a bite-sized cracker with thinly sliced beef salumi, a dollop of fresh goat cheese and top with a JOY cacao bean.
Joy with Ribeye on Crostini

Peace on Baby Green Salad
For a gourmet and easy salad, toss organic spring mixed green salad (spinach, red chard, kale) with balsamic reduction and olive oil, add chicken (optional), crumbled feta and PEACE snacking cacao. The fruity and floral notes of the cacao beans along with its crunch are the perfect two-for-one substitute for dried fruit and nuts.
Beet Salad and Strength
Arrange slices of oranges and fresh beets with STRENGTH snacking cacao. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Optional - top with crumbled feta and walnuts for some extra protein and richness.
Fall Harvest Salad with Harmony
Vegan comfort food at its richest! Oven-roasted, cubed butternut squash and halved brussel sprouts tossed with kale, dried cranberries, pepitas and HARMONY Snacking Cacao beans. Dressed with olive oil, lemon & mustard. Mostly savory, a little sweet & tangy, with a rich depth and crunch.
DECADENT CACAO DESSERTS
1 C brown sugar
1 C honey
Pinch of salt
1 t vanilla
120g bag Good King LOVE
Beat eggs slightly. Add brown sugar, butter, honey, salt & vanilla. When well mixed, add snacking cacao and pour into a 9" pie crust. Bake at 425°F for 10 min., then lower heat to 350°F and bake for 25 min. or until set.
Vanilla Ice Cream and Joy
