With a smoother, milder flavor than traditional cacao nibs and beans, our roasted cacao beans are a great, chocolatey substitute for nuts or cacao nibs for small batch chocolate making, chocolate chip replacement, baking, mochas & drinking chocolate.
Honduras Tasting Note: nutty, roasted coffee, deep dark chocolate, mild tropical fruit notes (banana, pineapple, mango depending on fermentation lot).
Product: Cacao Beans - peeled (i.e. without shells), whole + pieces, roasted, unflavored. Our unique process of roasting after the cacao beans have been peeled yields a smoother flavor.
